  • Quantity;
  • Technical specifications.

Once customized specifications, artwork, samples, or proofs have been approved by the customer, changes may result in additional costs or production delays.

Customized products are generally non-returnable unless they are defective or materially different from the specifications approved by the customer.

For customized or bulk orders, the terms stated in the applicable quotation, PI, purchase order, sales contract, or other written agreement may supersede these Terms where expressly agreed.
